Walsh</span></a> from Denton Guyer. Walsh who is extremely athletic looks the part and he's made huge strides since his sophomore year throwing the ball. Walsh is in my view the top signal caller in the state. </p><p></p><p>Lake Travis' <a href="http://tcu.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?Sport=1&pr_key=85449" target="_blank"><span style="color: #0000ff">Michael Brewer</span></a> who is a Texas Tech commit is a bit undersized but he throws the ball well and may be a perfect fit in a wide open offense. A bit of an unknown prospect <a href="http://tcu.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?Sport=1&pr_key=85617" target="_blank"><span style="color: #0000ff">Cooper Jones</span></a> from Class 2A Lone Oak showed promise not only at quarterback but showed outstanding skills catching the ball including a sensational one handed grab. </p><p></p><p>DeSoto's <a href="http://tcu.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?Sport=1&pr_key=87874" target="_blank"><span style="color: #0000ff">Ryan Polite</span></a> and Arlington Martin's <a href="http://tcu.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?Sport=1&pr_key=109426" target="_blank"><span style="color: #0000ff">Russell Bellomy</span></a> also had some good moments. </p><p></p><p>As always the group of backs was outstanding and the depth in talent was impressive. <a href="http://tcu.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?Sport=1&pr_key=90116" target="_blank"><span style="color: #0000ff">Kenny Williams</span></a> from Pflugerville Hendrickson definitely passed the eyeball test and the Texas Tech commit performed well. </p><p></p><p>The biggest name at the camp may have been <a href="http://tcu.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?Sport=1&pr_key=90123" target="_blank"><span style="color: #0000ff">Herschel Sims</span></a> from Abilene and Sims produced a solid day of work, especially showing his ability to catch the ball. One of the most interesting prospects at the combine was Henderson's <strong>Tommie Robbins</strong>. </p><p></p><p>Robbins a transfer from Louisiana powerhouse John Curtis spent most of his time at running back also has potential to play linebacker and defensive back. </p><p></p><p>Richardson Pearce 2012 back <a href="http://tcu.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?Sport=1&pr_key=107077" target="_blank"><span style="color: #0000ff">Corey Coleman</span></a> continued his sensational off-season with a strong performance, Coleman who has a lean frame will need to put on some more weight to be an every down back at the next level.
