The dramatic, quick progress that we can all see from a distance might be near its end. Soon they'll be mostly installing stuff in the interior of the building, and the look of the job from the outside will change much more slowly.

I went by the stadium yesterday and it looked very nice. The upper deck sure looks like it will be steep but maybe that's deceiving.
