Houston fan, I come in peace.

Out of all the teams in the Big 12 I dispise, the only one I really like other than Houston is TCU. I respect your program and the way yall got into the Big 12.

Quick question, I'm coming to the game on Friday night. What is the best parking option for the game? I read it's free parking, but how far is the free parking spots from the stadium.

Doxology Church on Hulen has a free shuttle. No tailgating, but it is convenient.

I dont know about free parking. Neighborhoods north of stadium and west of Univ drive are usually less than $75. Lot 13 shows a $65 pass on Seat Geek. If you just start driving around looking close to campus, liable to get stuck in traffic.

I always park at the Travis Ave. Baptist Church lot on Berry. It is free, shuttle drops you of in the middle of campus, and I have never had any problems.

Paschal High School, $20 cash, $25 card. Shuttle drops you off about a 10 minute walk from the stadium. Easy in and easy out, especially after the game.

If you want to get your steps in the neighborhood behind the baseball field off Bellaire.

…and free. The shuttle drops you off at the stadium gates. The shuttle buses are very nice. We’ve used Doxology as our parking for years.

A good place to hang out before the game, Blue Oyster Bar. It’s on Howell.
