Well, I would say that is optimistic for Pre Snap, but he could be right. They do have some talent up there, if it is tainted.

The research for the ranking was done well before the recent news on UNC. I suspect more fallout from this mess in additional (current) players being named. It could be a rough year for the UNC. It will be hard to get the tar of that hell.
