MissouriNet: TCU decision expected today, Mizzou would make ten in Big 12

Several media outlets are reporting that TCU is expected to accept the Big 12 Conference’s invite following a board of trustees meeting. The official announcement could come Monday evening.
If TCU accepts, they would replace Texas A & M and that would currently give the Big 12 ten members including Missouri. TCU plays in the Mountain West, but was set to join the Big East next season. This move is a better fit for TCU, but they will have a $5 million buyout to the Big East. TCU will renew some older rivalries and give the school a guaranteed $20 in Big 12 revenue sharing next June.
It appears as though Missouri is waiting to see if the SEC will offer an invite to bring their conference to 14 teams. ...
