I guess I am about as dedicated as a guy 30 pounds overweight can be too.  I have been known to workout on my birthday, Thanksgiving and Christmas, but usually that is just to get away from my family for awhile.

 
 

I've worked out on my birthday before, Arguy. Can I get a shout out for my work ethic?

 
I'm not big on working out on my birthday but I do love to wrestle.
