Wasn't he the one just recently talking trash on us and how they shouldn't take us?!

I guess I could be confusing that story with just about anybody related to the big 12.

3 years ago? sure. But now... no way. I'm betting he's pretty content with Big East. You guys are going to Pac 12 anyway with UT, OU and OSU. Why in the world would Coach P want any part of Big XII that's a dead man walking?

i think if the mega conferences do appear, we would be best served by cobbling together a new league composed of some schools in the ACC, attractive leftovers from the Big 12, cherry picked Big East and possibly some Conference USA..... But this scenario would require some current discussions and meetings, I would guess, in order to deal and position ourselves most advantageously-- in the event of this contingency. Just wonderin' outloud.
