COLLEGE STATION, Texas - TCU and Texas A&M are set to square off in a rematch of the 2015 NCAA Super Regional, but this year it'll take place at Blue Bell Park in College Station. All three games are set to begin at 8 p.m. and will be televised on the ESPN family of networks.
 
TCU NOTABLES
• For the fourth time in school history, TCU swept its way through the NCAA Regional en route to earning its sixth trip to the NCAA Super Regional.
• TCU outscored its opponent 19-4 in the three games.
• TCU played flawless defense in the Regional.
• TCU notched its ninth shutout of the season. TCU leads the nation with 33 over the last three seasons.
• Cam Warner was named the Regional MVP after hitting .313 with two home runs and six RBIs.
• Luken Baker was tabbed a second-team All-American by Baseball America.
• Four freshmen (Dalton HortonDurbin FeltmanLuken Baker and Josh Watson) were tabbed Louisville Slugger Freshmen All-Americans.
• Since dropping two games at Baylor May 13-14, TCU has won 12 of 13 games.
• TCU leads the Big 12 and ranks 18th nationally in batting average (.308). It also leads the league and ranks 19th nationally in ERA (3.21).
• For the third straight year, TCU has racked up over 90 stolen bases, ranking 22nd nationally with 92.

TEXAS A&M NOTABLES
• Texas A&M is the No. 4 National Seed. The Aggies swept through their regional, outscoring their opponents 34-6.
• The Aggies are riding a seven-game winning streak.
• The Aggies finished second in the SEC Western Division before taking home the tournament crown.
• The Aggies had five players named to the Baseball America’s All-American team.
• Texas A&M ranks 11th nationally in batting average (.318) and 10th in ERA (3.07).

SUPER REGIONAL NOTABLES
• TCU is making its sixth trip to the NCAA Super Regionals. 
• This will be TCU’s fourth road Super Regional.
• TCU is one of only two schools (Louisville) that is appearing in Super Regional for the third straight year.
• The Frogs are 7-7 all-time in NCAA Super Regionals.
• The Frogs other appearances in the Super Regional came in 2009 and 2010 in Austin at Texas, 2012 at UCLA and 2014 and 2015 in Fort Worth.

SERIES HISTORY
• TCU and Texas A&M are meeting for the 256th time. A&M leads 161-90-4.
• TCU and Texas A&M are meeting for the third time in the postseason (2012-NCAA College Station Regional; 2015 NCAA Fort Worth Super Regional). 
• TCU won the Super Regional 2-1, including a 16-inning victory in game three in 2015. 
• The last time the teams met in College Station, TCU ended A&M’s season with a 10-2 victory in the 2012 NCAA Regionals.
• TCU is 5-5 against Texas A&M under the guidance of Jim Schlossnagle.

ROAD NOTABLES
• TCU has played 21 true road games and 28 total games away from home this season.
• The Horned Frogs are 14-7 on an opponents home field and 21-8 away from Lupton Stadium this season.

ELITE COMPANY
TCU moved into even more elite territory by advancing to the Super Regionals for the sixth time in the last eight years. Only four other schools can claim the same feat. Additionally, TCU and Louisville are the only two schools to play in three consecutive Super Regionals.

With their selection to the field of 64, the Horned Frogs are in elite company. TCU is one of just 12 programs nationally to appear in 12 of the last 13 regionals.

By virtue of hosting, the Frogs are one of only seven schools to host a regional six of the last eight years. 

SURGING
Since dropping the first two games in the series at Baylor May 13-14, the Horned Frogs have been on a tear. TCU has won 12 of 13 games.

TCU has been solid in all three phases of the game with a .318 average, a 2.84 ERA and a .988 fielding percentage.

Luken Baker leads all hitters with a .532 average, five home runs and 13 RBIs. On the mound, Brian Howard is 2-0 in three starts, whileDurbin Feltman is 2-0 with three saves.

STINGY STAFF
Over the last three seasons, TCU’s pitching staff has been one of the tops in the nation. On Friday, TCU notched its ninth shutout of the season, giving them a nation-leading 33 over the last three seasons.

TCU has limited opponents to two or fewer runs 104 times over the last three years.

SPEED DEMONS
TCU leads the Big 12 and ranks 22nd nationally with 92 stolen bases. The Frogs have only been caught stealing 19 times this season. 

Over the last three seasons, TCU has swiped 303 bases, ranking eighth nationally over that time span. 

THE BIG INNING
TCU has shown the ability to put a crooked number on the scoreboard. The Horned Frogs are ranked 25th nationally in scoring with an average of 7.3 runs per game.

TCU has scored at least two runs in 105 innings this season. On 38 occasions, the Frogs have pushed across four or more runs in an inning. The Frogs have scored a run in 189 innings this season.

QUIETLY SURGING 
Jared Janczak has blossomed in his role as a starting pitcher. Used out of the bullpen for 19 appearances, the redshirt freshman posted a 5-3 record with a 2.22 ERA in 44 2/3 innings pitched.

Since joining the rotation, Janczak is 1-0 with a 2.78 ERA in 22.2 innings pitched. TCU is 3-1 in his four starts this season. Janczak’s combined ERA of 2.41 is third in the Big 12.

STREAKING
Luken Baker has made an art of reaching base, putting together a streak of 32 straight games of finding a way on. Since April 8, Baker has found a way on base one way or another. He’s tallied a base hit in 26 of the 32 games and boasts a .531 on-base percentage and a .424 batting average.

This season, Baker leads the Big 12 in batting average (.382), hits (84), RBIs (54) and on-base percentage (.493).

GOING DEEP
Cam Warner’s two home runs in the NCAA Fort Worth Regional pushed TCU’s season total to 50. 

The Horned Frogs last hit 50 home runs in a season in 2011. TCU hit a combined 54 home runs from 2013-2014. Josh Watson’s 11 home runs pace the squad, while four others have contributed seven or more.

TCU has homered in 38 games this season and boasts a 32-6 record in those contests. When it hits two or more home runs in a game, the Frogs are 10-0.

DEFENSIVE PROWESS
From April 3-May 7, a stretch of 18 games, the Horned Frogs struggled defensively. They committed 27 errors over that stretch leading to an 11-7 record. 

Over the last 16 games, TCU has committed just seven errors which has contributed to a 13-3 record. TCU is 22-5 this season when playing flawless defense.
