After finishing the regular season on a high note with a 20-13 win over Cincinnati, TCU will spend conference championship waiting for its bowl destination.

At 8-4, the Horned Frogs should be one of the more attractive teams available from the Big 12.

Internally, TCU is hoping to land in the TaxAct Texas Bowl in Houston on New Year’s Eve. It checks all the boxes with there already being an alumni base in Houston, it’s short trip from the Metroplex and it should come with a marquee matchup against a SEC team like LSU or Texas A&M.

Was I supposed to type something here?
A&M would probably refuse to play us
I doubt that. They have a running game, and a mobile QB, and have been known to play defense from time to time. While they would consider such a match to be beneath them, they would still do it.

I did see a laughable Baylor vid this morning opining that A&M would refuse to play them "because they are scared of Baylor!"
