FWST: TCU loses to DBU 3-2, faces elimination

TCU players and coaches have often talked of playing their best when their backs are against the wall. And for much of the season they've responded to tough losses with inspired play.
After a 3-2 loss to Dallas Baptist on Saturday night in front of 4,010 in attendance at Lupton Stadium, that theory gets its strongest test of the year today.
The Horned Frogs (43-18) meet Oral Roberts (37-21) at 2 p.m. with their season on the line. The winner earns a shot against DBU at 7 tonight for the Fort Worth Regional title. The loser's season is over. If either TCU or Oral Roberts beats the Patriots tonight, a playback championship would be played at 7 p.m. Monday for the right to move on to the Super Regionals. ...
