DMN: TCU key spring issues: Will Chandler Morris step up, lead Horned Frog offense?

After a Heisman contending season from TCU quarterback Max Duggan, many college football fans have been wondering who will take over at quarterback for head coach Sonny Dykes and the Horned Frogs. Although there will likely be a position battle, Chandler Morris is the clear frontrunner to be the starter.
It’s hard to grasp Morris’ full capabilities due to the small sample size of games the Highland Park product has appeared in. Morris has attempted 103 passes in his career as a Frog, some of which were in garbage time.
In addition, Morris has never completed a full game as a starter in Dykes’ offense. Will the 6-0, 195-pound quarterback thrive under the leadership of Dykes and offensive coordinator Kendal Briles?
