I think it is a foregone conclusion that Taxes will go Indy, and everyone in the Big12 knows it. All this hullabaloo has happened precisely because of this eventuality (and about 2 yrs before Taxes wanted it to), and now with the changing of the leadership in the big 12 to an old 8 hand, TCU becomes much more attractive as a member because the northern schools cannot field quality teams without recruiting TX, and with aggie and Taxes gone, they would only have Lubbock and Waco. We offer legitamacy and the media market that is DFW, especially when Taxes goes Indy.
