1. Current format with adjustments.
Up for consideration:
a. change or eliminate AQ (except for contracts with bowls
b. eliminate limit on No. of teams from each conference
c. play games closer to Jan. 1
d. create format where different conference champions play in different games

2. Plus-one to be played after bowl games

3. Four-team tournament. Four options include:
a. All three games in bowls on rotation
b. All three games at neutral sites aside from bowls (highest bidder)
c. Semifinals in bowls in rotation, NCG at other site (highest bidder)
d. Semifinals on campus, NCG at other site (highest bidder)

4. Four-teams plus.
The four highest ranked teams meet in 2 games (except B1G and PAC always meet in Rose Bowl). If B1G, PAC, or both champions in top four, then they still play in Rose Bowl and up to 2 spots open up by next highest ranked team. NCG would be among teams selected after those three games are played.

I see some good ideas, but they are basically just trying to open the door to have every SEC team play in a BCS game.
