TCU Lettermen's End of Year Celebration and Annual Meeting
Date: Saturday, May 14, 2011
Time: 1:00-3:30 p.m.
Cost: $25 for individual Letterman or $35 for Lettermen and Family (Letterman & spouse/significant other and/or kids - all one price).
Location: Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center - South Lawn next to Lupton Baseball Stadium
Parking: Lot 13 Baseball/Soccer Stadium Lot
Entrance: Please enter the Tennis Center from the Baseball/Soccer Lot entrance. The Lettermen's Tailgate BBQ Pit will be at the entrance.
• Picnic/Cookout style
• Casual attire
• Family friendly, bring your spouse/significant other, children, grandchildren or just come by yourself.
• All-you-can eat food prepared by the World-Famous Lettermen's Tailgate Pit Crew. Drinks also included in the cost.
• Bounce Houses, Interactive Games for Kids and Family
• Door Prizes
• Special Raffle for Two Commemorative Seats from Old Amon G. Carter Stadium
• Tickets to the TCU-Utah Baseball game and other special Lettermen's areas to enjoy at the game.
• Special recognition at the Baseball Game.
• Special edition Lettermen's logo t-shirt given out to the first 200 that sign up ONLINE (that includes family members).
