I know its early but I am liking the attitude, buy in, leadership, and it seems the guys really are unselfish so far from this years group of players and coaches. They all seem to have the same vision and goals which will be a good thing as the season goes along.

Early crowd noise can set the tone. We need to force 3 and longs and we should be okay. Going to be a score-fest. Great energy for a week 3 matchup.

Yep. They definitely all talk the talk, and so far they've looked the part in most phases against inferior opposition. We'll find out if we have a real TCU football team this year in three days.

Yes, I agree the teams were inferior, but Stanford is not awful. Last years team would have found a way to lose that game and night show any fight.This group shows fight. And the LIU game would have been closer last year.

My hunch is that what we will find out is if we are a championship caliber team or are we team that has made solid improvements but is building towards something special next year. On the bright side, I think our mindset and defense alone is good enough for at least a couple more wins.

This is our first real game. If we can beat UCF, we can beat most of the rest of our schedule. If we get our butts kicked by UCF, it's going to be a bad year.

I like Jefferson. He has problems with intermediate field throws and is a straight-line runner (does not have good lateral mobility). He does have a good ability to throw accurate downfield passes.

Jefferson is 6'3" 247 with X% percent body fat with consistent 4.71-4,74 40 times. Jefferson is a better dresser than Cam Newton. Coming out of Auburn, Newton was 6'5" 250 lbs with 7 % body fat. Newton won the Heisman, displayed very good lateral mobility skills and ran a consistent 4.55 40 yard.

I'm sure coach SD knows most of his players don't know the above, but if it gets them hyped as they say, Great!
