TCU LB Jonathan Bax talks return to the Frogs; spring camp

TCU got a big addition from a familiar name in the transfer portal when sophomore Jonathan Bax decided to withdraw his name and come back to the Frogs. Bax played in ten games as a true freshman in 2023, but didn't get much time at linebacker.
That looks to change this season.
Bax is already competing for the starting "stud" position in new defensive coordinator Andy Avalos's defense and has been making plays through two practices. It's a new start for Bax and a position he's more comfortable playing.
Bax met with the media this week to discuss his reasoning on returning to TCU, his relationship with Avalos, learning a new defense and how well it fits his playing style. See what Bax had to say in the video above.
