Former TCU offensive lineman Austin Myers transfers to Memphis

Memphis coach Ryan Silverfield and the staff have received multiple big time transfers thus far, and they landed another potential impact player in former TCU offensive lineman Austin Myers. In his career with the Horned Frogs, Myers appeared in 32 games and played both guard and tackle.
Myers announced his transfer from TCU in January, and he found the right fit at Memphis. At 6-foot-5 and 290 pounds, Myers has great size, which is something Silverfield and offensive line coach Jim Bridge have prioritized.
Coming out of high school, Myers was ranked as the No. 237 overall player and the No. 23 overall offensive tackle, and he went to the same high school (Manvel) as Memphis tight end Sean Dykes.
