I know they get 4 games before losing their redshirt, but coaches playing him in this one kinda have me believing they see something special in him.

He ran the ball what, three, four, five times in a row? He looked ready for more. I remember two years ago first time SR got in the game against Tech, was it? He ran two or three plays, including a long scramble, and they had to pull him because he was sucking wind. I know he'd been out of football for quite some time, but there was a MARKED difference in body language and readiness.

Excited for this kid, and for my Frogs!

I admit I didn’t pay real close attention, but I thought Barlow carried the ball 8 plays in a row, before scoring the TD.

No matter how many times it was there can be no doubt he is the future of TCU’s rushing game.

And while that’s extremely exciting for us - just imagine what it means to his family!

Kid was a workhorse for Newton so it’s not a terrible thing to get a year break. He’s also a kid that will get tired and has shown TCU coaches that during workouts.
