Can't remember the opponent, it could have been the annual FCS team, but 5 or so years back TCU wore that gray camo crap jersey and the other team wore white.Pretty obvious we wear stormtrooper all whites. Wondering if we can force CU to wear black? I saw online that they have a grey uniform, but I can't recall seeing a grey uniform against a white uni - not sure there's enough contrast.
Think that was against Kansas in 2015. Doctson and Boykin both got banged up in that game. Can't remember the opponent, it could have been the annual FCS team, but 5 or so years back TCU wore that gray camo crap jersey and the other team wore white.
And tailgating would absolutely suck if the game started at 7:00.Well the good thing is the hottest part of the day is usually sometime between 3 and 6pm. We'd really be in trouble if this was a 2:30 game.
Today actually felt really comfortable. And I think it got to 94 or 95. The dryness does make a huge difference. It might not be that bad. I now see a morning low of 71, high of 100, followed by a Sunday morning low of 72. The low humidity is a big difference maker—making it maybe comfortable enough. I like dry air.
The heat is definitely a factor, but it doesn't matter as much as the humidity. That substantially multiplies the heat index. That's why, even though Houston and Galveston are cooler than Fort Worth (Gulf breezes), they often feel much hotter. It's actually not going to be quite as bad as the past few days. Should be in the 80s throughout the tailgate. The 2nd half is when it will really hit.
At least 7 more hours to drink before kickoff than an 11 a.m. kick....And tailgating would absolutely suck if the game started at 7:00.
Colorado will be wearing all white.Pretty obvious we wear stormtrooper all whites. Wondering if we can force CU to wear black? I saw online that they have a grey uniform, but I can't recall seeing a grey uniform against a white uni - not sure there's enough contrast.

I think you need to add at least 10* plus whatever humidity in the seats. Now forecasting 87 at kickoff and around 97 end of game.
