I thought University of North Texas was just going to kneel the ball out and go into the locker room but instead they fake punted on 4th and 18 and got a first down

Brewer is honestly a very mediocre QB. Put the slightest pressure on him and he sucks.

His arm strength is lacking. Can’t make any throw more than 15-20 downfield with any zip. Limits their offense imo.

Not a very convincing means of making a point to just make stuff up out of thin air. Perhaps Graham Harrell was the brains of that operation instead. Replacing Cumbie with him has been brought up with good reason.
