Why isn’t there a concierge at the Carter?

how do they expect us to schedule our evening after the game without a concierge? And what if I forgot my cuff links? Who will provide them?

I've always thought they should have a bag check for basketball games. That would save all those husbands the long walk back to the car when the wife doesn't habe a clear bag.
