Alma mater after the KU game

i have probably been to 40 road games over the last twenty years and I don’t remember a time when the team didn’t come over to the fans that made the trip to sing the alma mater with them.

After the game yesterday quite a few fans went over to where the team usually sings the alma mater at KU to cheer for our frogs. The team and the coaches ran by without stopping.

We drove from Ft Worth to watch the frogs and we’re cheering even after we lost. It was a bit rough seeing them run past.

Maybe I am being too sensitive because I am so pissed we lost, but I feel like we are a bit of a family on the road and it is about more than just football. Win or lose we are still Frogs together.

He is usually the one adamant about singing the alma mater after the game, I have seen him numerous times getting the attention of players or coaches to do this

Was he off somewhere getting interviewed?

Did he just not acknowledge the fans?

To me, its unacceptable. Who cares if Gary was being interviewed? There are other coaches and team leaders that this should not have happened. Yet another example of the lack of leadership in this program right now.
