GoFrogs: TCU Routes Cincinnati, 75-57
FORT WORTH - TCU defeated Cincinnati for the first time in its short series history on Saturday with a 75-57 win at Schollmaier Arena.

The Horned Frogs (19-8, 8-6) were led by JaKobe Coles and Emanuel Miller, who each scored 18 points. Miller tied a career-high with six assists and brought down six rebounds to go with three steals.

The Frogs' momentum began early with a Micah Peavy dunk off the opening tip won by Xavier Cork. Cincinnati (16-11, 5-9) gained their first lead, 21-20 with 7:49 to play in the half after a Simas Lukosius 3-pointer. TCU battled back and led by as many as 10 points before taking a 39-32 lead at halftime.

TCU maintained their lead throughout the second half, never giving up the lead. The Bearcats got as close as four points in the second half. Several scoring runs including a 14-2 run gave TCU a 63-46 lead. The Frogs led by as many as 22 points with 2:45 remaining.

The Frogs scored 16 points off 17 forced turnovers and took advantage with 25 fastbreak points.
TCU's defense held Cincinnati to their lowest scoring performance of the season with 57 points.

The Frogs had their best performance of the season from the free throw line shooting 14-of-15 for 93.3 percent.

TCU will have a quick turnaround as it hosts No. 11 Baylor at 8 p.m. on ESPN's Big Monday.
