This week, it’s Jay Gruden, head coach of the <a href="http://www.espn.com/nfl/team/_/name/wsh/washington-redskins" target="_blank">Washington Redskins</a>. Gruden also served as the Bengals' offensive coordinator from 2011-13.</p><p> </p><p>Dalton is now in his sixth season and is playing as well as he ever has, and he's one of the undisputed leaders of the team.
