When the 2017 season begins, there will only be 11 who remain. Over half have either transferred, graduated or left the sport due to injuries.</p><p></p><p><em>Here is a breakdown and look back at the TCU recruiting class of 2013: </em></p><p></p><p>Number of signees: 23</p><p>Number of players still with team: 11 </p><p>Number of players in NFL: 0</p><p>Star of the class: Kyle Hicks - Running back </p><p></p><p>Kyle Hicks is the only four-star recruit from the 2013 class that is still at TCU. When he signed to TCU in 2013, he was ranked as high as the No. 29 player in the state of Texas by the 247Sports composite ranking and the No. 14 running back nationally. This gave TCU the depth and dimension it needed when it came the 2013 signing class. In 2016 he continued to give TCU what it needed. On the season, Hicks had 1,042 rushing yards and 417 receiving yards with 47 receptions. Hicks is the first TCU player since Basil Mitchell (1996) to lead TCU in both rushing and receiving.
