DMN: Alabama, former FW All Saints OL James Brockermeyer to transfer to TCU, per report

Fort Worth-native James Brockermeyer is coming home. After three seasons at Alabama, the redshirt sophomore center is transferring to TCU, according to a report from 247Sports’ Matt Zenitz.
Brockermeyer and his twin brother Tommy, an offensive tackle, were top Class of 2021 recruits out of Fort Worth All Saints before both committing to the Crimson Tide. Tommy, the No. 6 overall recruit when he committed to Alabama, also ended up transferring to TCU, after the 2022 season, though he medically retired from football earlier this year after ongoing injury issues.
