TCU's Gary Patterson needs to defend himself

Gary Patterson, say something. To someone.

Anyone.

Both you, your school and your program are being sued and your character is going down a path that will end in a courtroom.

People in Fort Worth, and certainly at TCU, are going to believe the head football coach (provided he wins games), but the lawsuit filed by former Horned Frogs player Kolby Listenbee, with the help of his new "friends," needs a response beyond a bland press release.

Meh. People see this for exactly what it is. Nobody’s even covering it except the S-T.

And for crying out loud, not only does Mack seem to think these 5 guys are now in the suit with Kolby, he also can’t get their names right. David White?

And why would Mack not report that Cam White played at Grambling after leaving TCU? That would seem like pertinent information since the lawsuit says he was never able to play again.

Yea Gary is gonna disregard probably 5 different lawyers advice/orders and start talking....

Muck should be interviewing Kolby and asking him There are 100 more questions to ask him then GP and he might actually return your phone call

It’d be interesting to see how verbose Muck would be should he ever be the target of some BS suit when counsel is telling him to keep his mouth shut.

Too bad there isn’t journalistic malpractice, he’d be tied up in litigation for years...

One of the funniest things about him is that the dorks down south are absolutely adamant that Mac is a shill for TCU. They see every article he writes as pro-TCU, that he's an adjuct professor at TCU, and he shouldn't be allowed to cover TCU since he has such a conflict of interest.

Not entirely sure they know how to read.

He is to TCU what Dale Hansen is to SMU.

Would have no second thoughts to destroy if it meant their exaltation. They are weasels.

Muck sounds like an ambulance chasing atty on this one. There is no need to give this plaintiff fodder if any kind for his so called case.
