Called a fellow season ticket holder when I got the email that had Brown as the starter and predicted he wouldn't make it out of the fourth inning.

His stuff is good. His off-speed stuff is nasty considering how he can set it up with the fastball.

Like the PBP guy said you are up 10-0 throw strikes. I'd rather them have to earn their way on base with hit than just walk the bases loaded then hit a batter.

It all worked out, the Frogs were on offensively and didn't have to waste any of their best arms.

agreed, same can be said for texas in this tournament, though how they have failed to compete against the sunflower state teams surpasses crapping the bed and jumps to a full scale bout of dysentery between the sheets.
