Special season. Unless our offense could put up 60 points we were never winning this.

Edit. I guess that's why a team has never won the NC with a recruiting rating less than 13. The talent gap is enormous.

IDK if it's scheme, or talent, or what, but our LBs are collectively having an absolutely putrid game. Can't cover the TEs (expected), can't set the edge( thought we had speed), and not making contact with the RBs until they are about 8 yards downfield. I hope there's a fix for this because if not we are doomed.

Some of y’all put far too much emphasis (blame) on the coach and being out-coached. Sometimes players are simply better and when they execute no amount of coaching or scheming is gonna make up that deficit. And when your players are out of position and taking bad angles and missing tackles, it makes it look even worse.

Right. This is a talent differential. TCU had zero room for error and they’ve made enough in one half to lose the ball game. There’s no shame in the talent deficit but the errors are disappointing
