Hmmm. If Army wins today, their record will be 6-6, making them bowl-eligible. Does that mean they can bump 5-7 Rice out of the Lending Tree Bowl?
Well, we do have too many bowls games...Lending Tree Bowl? But numbers are numbers and rules are rules. Army would have 6 wins against Rice's 5.sorry, but if this army team goes to a bowl we have wayyyyyyyyyyy too many bowl games

Oh yeah, and why in the world is there a Jimmy Kimmel Bowl?
I remember when New Years day was just for watching Bowl games all day. Now the whole month of December is for watching Bowl games.sorry, but if this army team goes to a bowl we have wayyyyyyyyyyy too many bowl games

I agree with you. It's just too watered down now. While there's an occasional really exciting game here and there, the majority of the bowl games are boring and non competitive.haven't watched more than 6-8 bowls games a year in a few years now.
just don't find them that interesting

Army won 2 games against FCS teams Villanova and Colgate and you can only count one towards bowl eligibility. So as far as the bowls are concerned they only have 5 winsHmmm. Looking like the Armed Forces Bowl may be a tad chilly
In that case, how does Army's graduation rate compare to Rice's? That seems to be the tiebreaker amongst the 5-win schools.Army won 2 games against FCS teams Villanova and Colgate and you can only count one towards bowl eligibility. So as far as the bowls are concerned they only have 5 wins
