Assuming no rainouts:

If Tech sweeps next weekend, they get the top seed.
If OU sweeps next weenend, and Baylor wins one, they get the top seed.
If OU sweeps and OSU sweeps, three way tie, I believe it comes down to the 4 place team.
Texas Tech 4th, and OU wins


All other choices TCU is #1


Edit to remove Texas and WVU from 4th place options as Tech holds tie-breaker over both for 4th place. OSU is out.

Seriously, what kind of bush league press box does Kansas have, where you can hear the fans leaning over Chuck's shoulder to yell at the umps and the players? It was distracting to say that least and sometimes difficult to understand him over the chatter.
