You daydream in full technicolor if u think TCU will beat Purdue

simply not gonna happen folks. TCU goin on the road vs a Big10 team when Frogs can’t even beat Kansas on the road ?

And some fools on here are already counting the Purdue game as a win?

Some of the daydreamers and fools on this board are of the world class variety.

Purdue beat the livin helll outta Ohio St last year. Purdue is somewhat inconsistent but Purdue is capable of top notch elite level football. TCU is not. At no time last year did TCU play at an elite level. Purdue did. And it’s because their Head Coach is brilliant and one of best coaches in college football, especially on offense. TCUs offense is pathetic in almost all games.

Going on the road vs a Big10 team will be a huge wake up call for the fantasyland dreamers here.

Score

PURDUE - 34
TCU - 14

TCU OFFENSE

QB -
don’t have one......at all !! Delton is a poor passer and surprised Coaches with his poor decisions in passing game (discovered in Spring Ball)

Rogers - still has drop foot and one good hit on that leg and he’s done

Freshman QBs - no team not named Clem or Bama wins with freshmen

RBs - should be a good group but they ain’t doin nothin with a crappy OLine and TCU OLine is well below avg

OLINE
Not good at all. In fact downright crappy. C position is way way below avg. Iwuagwu at OG is avg to below avg. other OG spit way below avg (too young). OT is OK with NAINNG but crappy at other side. Duke Lanz, Burnette well below avg (young). Other OLine backups nowhere near ready.

WRs - Reagor and nothin else. Teams will double cover Reagor and TCU passing game will become a big fat ZERO.

DEFENSE

DLINE -
Will be exceptionally good but the DLine can’t be CBS, LBs and Safeties too and that is where defensive weaknesses will be

LBs -
Not good. Wallow is so undersized it’s a joke. Especially against running teams like OU and UT who simply steamroll TCUs featherweight LBs. Patterson likes putting 200 lb safeties at LB then he wonders why teams like OU, UT, and Ohio St beat TCU by 42-10 scores.

CB -
Gladney is excellent but the other side is a disaster and teams will simply attack the side Gladney is not on and they will have great success

S -
Gaines is good but other two spots are either newbies or young uns and that ain’t good

And......TCU has no other elite WR sad to say. Lots of young uns with potential but please put potential in one of your hands and pizzz into your other hand and tell me which hand gets wet first ?
Your hand gets wet when you put potential in it?

Gross, and I don't even know what that means.

Purdue has exceptional QBs even with backups.

TCU got nothin at QB !! And I’m not trying to be mean. Just truthful.

DELTON - coaches very disappointed and even surprised in his very poor passing game decisions in Spring Ball

Rogers - ain’t there yet. Sill has drop foot leg issues. Coaches worried that one good solid hit on his drop foot leg and he is done

Duggan - coaches like him but even they admit he is nowhere near ready for B12 play. They say good things about him to keep him inspired as a young kid but he ain’t ready by a country mile !! He needs to redshirt.

Collins - average to below avg but steady. Nowhere near the Purdue QB level though. Purdue will have a new WB but they have 2 really good guys to choose from not a below avg guy like Collins

New QBs for both so anything can happen. Also we have Reagor

And.....the biggest problem on offense by far will be that the below avg QB will have nobody to throw to. Reagor will be double teamed and TCU has no other proven elite WR to take the heat off Reagor and force opposition to quit double teaming Reagor.

That will make passing game very painful to watch. Get ready for 3 incompletions in a row and numerous 3-and outs on offense.

No way to avoid that - passing game looks like it’s gonna be absolutely pathetic next season sorry to say

Please tell me how a passing game that can’t get any rythym or have any success against a pathetic Kansas team........is now magically going to go on the road and suddenly become great against a darn good B10 team.

With......probably the same below avg QB (Collins) who throws lots of INTs.

Please explain the logic.

I’ll hang up and listen.

Can’t wait to hear this explanation. I’m getting my popcorn now.

WyomingFrog...You must live in a secluded cabin somewhere....

Purdue has more question marks then TCU and less talent across the roster..Are they capable of beating us at home..absolutely but your complete tool if you think we can’t win in Lafayette...This is typical troll job and it not near close enough to football season for anyone to indulge you in your stupidity
