Yet another BAYLOR starter goes down !

This time it is Strong Safety SAM HOLL who is down and out with a hamstring injury.

Any of you who know about HAMMIES know that they don't heal quickly and trying to come back and play too soon from one of these things will simply make it much much worse and pull it again. Injuring a HAMMIE a 2nd time by trying to return too soon will put a player out for the season.

I hope they are dumb enough to throw him out there too soon vs TCU. That would be amusing to watch!! Nothing like an already pizzz poor player like HOLL trying to cover (with a partially torn hamstring) the former 100 and 200 meter HS State Champ (TCU WR SKYE DAWSON).

Just to show how incredibly STINKY and downright HILARIOUS the Baylor DBs are, please take a LOOK SEE below:

1) BAYLOR HAD THE 108th RANKED PASS DEFENSE IN THE NATION LAST YEAR (out of a total of 120 FBS teams).

2) A 2 STAR TRUE FRESHMAN CB (Tuswany Copeland)
JUST CAME IN AND THOROUGHLY AND COMPLETELY
BEAT OUT RETURNING CB TYLER STEPHENSON. COPELAND WAS RUNNING WITH THE 1's AT CB AS THE UNQUESTIONED STARTER AFTER HIS GREAT
FALL CAMP AS A TRUE FROSH. STEPHENSON FELL ALL THE WAY DOWN TO 3rd STRING PARTIALLY DUE TO HIS RIDICULOUSLY SMALL SIZE FOR COLLEGE FOOTBALL AT 153 lbs. COPELAND WAS THEN
INJURED WITH AN ACL AND IS OUT FOR THE SEASON. STEPHENSON THEN MADE A VERY LATE PUSH IN FALL CAMP TO BARELY BEAT OUT THE GUY AHEAD OF HIM, SO STEPHENSON IS NOW ONE OF
THE BAYLOR STATRING CBs AT A WEIGHT OF A BUCK 55.EVEN BAYLOR FANS HAVE STATED THAT THE DROPOFF IN TALENT BETWEEN CPOLAND AND STEPHENSON IS NOTICEABLE ! THIS PEEWEE IS
ACTUALLY GOING TO TRY TO PLAY BIG 12 FOOTBALL AND AGAINST TCU AT A BUCK FIFTY? UNREAL !!
ONLY AT BAYLOR !

2) BAYLOR FANS AND PLAYERS BRAG INCESSANTLY ABOUT THE FACT THAT MOST OF THOSE SAME DBs RETURN AGAIN THIS SEASON "as experienced players".
(traumatized and mule-raped are better adjectives than
"experienced" after the horror those returning Baylor DBs went thru last season)

3) BOTH HIGHLY RECRUITED AND SUPPOSEDLY CANT-MISS, DEFENSIVE SUPERSTAR, HS 4 STAR SAFETY RECRUITS BOTH VERY QUICKLY AND VERY QUIETY FLAMED OUT AT SAFETY. BOTH 4 STAR SAFETY RECRUITS WASTED THEIR FROSH YEARS SITTING ON THE BENCH (and not red-shirting) AND BOTH WERE SWITCHED TO LB WHERE BOTH ARE NOW BACKUPS.

4) UNHERALDED AND POORLY RECRUITED SAMMY HOLL WAS THEN PROCLAIMED THE BAYLOR "savior" AT SAFETY, PURE AND SIMPLY BECAUSE THERE IS NOBODY ELSE !! THE JOKE OF SAMMY HOLL IS THAT NO BIG PROGRAM WANTED HIM AND MOST OF THE BIGGER PROGRAMS CONSIDERED HIM UNFIT FOR DIV 1 FOOTBALL AND MOST SUGGESTED HE PLAY AT THE DIV 2 LEVEL. HE WAS OFFERED BY ONLY NORTH TEXAS, RICE, SMU, AND THEN A VERY LATE OFFER FROM AIR FORCE AFTER 4 OF THEIR DESIRED DBs
WENT ELSEWHERE. BUT OF COURSE AT BAYLOR THIS VERY MARGINALLY QUALIFIED DIV 1 PLAYER IS NOW THE STARTER AT STRONG SAFETY AND THE SAVIOR OF THE BAYLOR SAFETIES.

You just have to give yer head a good shake and then just let out the huge GUFFAWS and BELLY LAUGHS. You just can't keep those inside after reading anything about BAYLOR football. HILARIOUS STUFF !!

Really. Mustard AND mayo? That's like being bisexual. Make up your mind already!

And speaking of burgers and bisexuals, there's an great place in the Montrose distrct of Houston called Lankford's Grocery and Market that has awesome burgers. Listed on Texas Monthly's 50 Best Burgers in Texas. Also Beck's Prime is a good Houston local chain. And on your way back, stop at Burger Fresh in Conroe.
