Some dude in a neon yellow/green shirt got slammed to the ground and taken off in cuffs

I got there as that was happening, not sure the cause

My group of friends and I left right after the initial brawl (though had no idea what was going on) and promptly got into a fight with some 18 year old and his two female cousins. Why? Because we stopped the two girls from fighting some other girl and the guy said we were "disrespecting his family." I can't make this up.

Side note: There was a hammered former TCU defensive lineman there who was a main instigator. Some Latino UT gentleman got in his face and started talking crap, I guess because he didn't like him celebrating in "his" streets, but our former player wasn't having any of that. After some strong words and chest puffery, the UT fan backed down.... he definitely didn't want any. It was a proud moment for TCU fans, until the ex DL member started yelling "Google me, BRO!!!"

I didn't know what to make of the situation, I was half proud, half embarrassed.

We must have been right next to each other. I was right there when everything you said happened. Right outside of blind pigs.

The riot police on their horses cracked me up.


One female cop walked up to me and blew her whistle in my face as hard as she could until she almost turned blue and then she walked away. Ha
