He used to come to our tailgates pretty regular a few years ago but I have not seen/heard from him in awhile. That 2005 kick return team was pretty good, ol #87 usually had to deal with the Gunner.

Came into TCU having never been scratched, so many injuries to such a good player, I will never forget his senior day, street clothes, arm in a sling last time he walked on the field.
Because when I was covering the football team for the Skiff and TCU News Now, I couldn't go to one practice without being told we looked like brothers.

Haven’t thumbed back through but Jake Kirkpatrick was a heckuva ball player and competitor.
