Could we be seeing a football TV contract bubble?

After all, housing was supposed to go up in value forever. And low-cap high-tech stocks, too. And we can't have too many shopping centers, right?

How many TV adds can be sold for football games-- Indiana v. Minnesota; Oregon State v. Arizona; anyone-from-the-rump-B12-North v. Anyone-else-from-that-group or Baylor?

Let's start speculating. How about Jerry Jones money is involved with the network. Although he loses the conference championship game, what if he got guarantees from UT, OU, and A&M regarding regular season games at the Death Star?

This was discussed last week on ESPN Radio where they had a sports business reporter from MSNBC on. He said basically there is no extra money sitting around and all these forecast renenue increases were a load of crap. He spoke off the record with many AD's and other administrators who said the same thing.

Pay for View...............I am afraid it is coming.

I have no idea where these numbers are coming from, they do not appear to be sustainable under the current business structure. I think an implosion is coming in the next year or two.
