What are the qualities you want in our next HC?

Was I supposed to type something here?
Someone with this type of work ethic and attitude:

"There's no such thing as perfect, but that's our standard -- perfection," said junior linebacker Nakobe Dean, one of three Georgia defenders ranked by ESPN's Todd McShay among the top 30 prospects for the 2022 NFL draft.

"It's definitely a no-ego defense. No egos are allowed. You play your role and do your job and do it at a high level, and if you don't, there's somebody else right behind you that can. That's how it's going to be on this defense."
No, someone who can engender that type of work ethic into his players.

A coach who the top players want to play for and coordinators that inspire and create success. And don’t get me wrong - Coach P has done that for most of his 20 year tenure here.

A guy who has proven he can take a team (starting from average or worse) to a conference title within 4-5 years. Doesn't have to be a P5 conference, either. recent examples that come to mind are Neal Brown during his time at Troy, Matt Rhule during his time at Temple, PJ Fleck at W. Michigan. Those are the types of guys who we should pursue, guys with tangible results. Not someone that gets a few votes in the AP 25 and because of an 8 win season. We should also avoid assistants on 'great' teams that lack prior HC experience.
There is too much risk moving a coordinator to HC if he has never been one before. Let the G5 teams take risks on those kinds of guys and if they win, we go cherry pick. We shouldn't take that initial risk..
