One would think the PD (FW or TCU) could setup a patrol that drives everywhere slowly, all through the night or even one hour per night. Most tcu pd sit in parking lots...which isnt really a bad thing, but some fwpd patrol would help in the neighborhoods.

I agree with you on this. I do not know this woman, but I feel for her and her family. It is a horrible situation no matter how you look at it. Please show some compassion.

There is a time and a place to talk about the party culture of TCU or the way the FWPD/campus police do their job . This is not that time.
