Week 14 games

We needed Alabama to lose that game to make things interesting picking the field of 12. And Alabama didn’t play well enough to deserve that win. A Bama loss would have cracked the door open for Vanderbilt.
No offense but scheiss Vanderbilt and the rest of the sec. We needed bama to lose and crack the door open for Utah. Pulling for the Big 12. Won't ever pull for the sec.

Dude in front of you in just long sleeve shirt and a vest.
A guy we tailgate next to got out of his car in shorts. I didn't see him because he walked somewhere else right after; hoping he changed clothes.

We do shots before heading into each game - Fireball or butterscotch schnapps (yes they're both terrible). The butterscotch was completely frozen; I needed to thaw it out to pour it.

It was a perfect storm. Duke got the exact help they needed.
  • Beat Wake Forest
  • Pitt loss to Miami
  • SMU loss to Cal
Personally, I’m rooting for Duke to beat Virginia.
It shows how horrible the ACC really is, and with teams like BYU and UU possibly getting left out, I wouldn’t mind 16 teams in the CFP

So who gets bumped out if BYU beats tech? Or does tech end up like 2014 TCU. Surely tech won't drop all the way out from the 4 spot will they? I think if tech and bama both lose, then bama is out and the Big 12 gets 2 teams in.

I would love to see 2 B12 teams get in the CFP. They deserve it.
In a fair world, no 3 loss team that doesn’t win their CCG should get in.
The college football world is slanted towards SEC/BIG. This situation may show if there is any fairness remaining in CFB.

Personally, I think all 10-2 or better Power teams, Power CCG winners, & at-large picks to get to 16 should be in. No Byes.

The ACC is awful. Everyone should have known early in the year when they went 1-6 against the Big 12.
The unbalanced scheduling creates some bizarre scenarios, that’s for sure. The fact that Duke and not Miami is playing in the CCG is comical. They will probably change the format next year to the highest ranked teams being the tiebreaker. Duke is not being penalized for going 0-3 in OOC and Miami is not being rewarded for beating ND, which is pretty dumb.

This is clearly discussed in EVERY SINGLE VANDERBILT GAME.
Seriously, can you tell me where ,when the imbalanced ol is covered? I've watched most of 4 Vanderbilt games this year and 2 last year. The guys calling the game never get into the nitty on how it disadvantages the opposing team Vandy is playing. A simple elementary explanation of the trench power dynamics is a minimum request. If you accept 12 second quips that is fine. Why hasn't anybody else contacted me about this other than you?

I am not trying to be confrontational or caustic, simply trying to understand the imbalanced OL and the advantages/disadvantages.
