It’s not just them. Boise State 4th down pass. Oregon was all over the rcvr and an easy call missed.
All the money involved, this will happen to everybody playing the blue bloods. ESPN wants it that way. Lazy ass newspaper/sports reporters want it that way.
The CFP has been a fraud since day 1. When an SEC team or Big 10 team gets left out, they start screaming about adding games.

Well then go through the lists that TCU and every other program has that gives the number of “NFL players” they’ve had and let them know they need to edit the list. Counting practice squad there are about 2,200 NFL players (professional football players). About 500 of those are practice squad guys. Pretty rarified air to be one of those 2,200 players. These guys would have been players many would have spent a ton on if in the transfer portal. They’ll only make LSU better than they already are.
