Anybody know if all of these guys are supposed to be 100% healthy and in good shape by Spring Practice?
I didn't notice a limp or any weakness in Waymon's knee when he was perusing King's liquor selection on Saturday night
Waymon tore his ACL in September. If he works out at all in the spring that would be incredible.

Walking around is alot different than running, cutting, and taking hits to the knee.
I believe he was speaking tongue-in-cheek

WJ was running 20 days after surgery. He went too hard, running and lifting his [Craig James] off last summer for the hope of getting into the draft but the ACL happened. He didnt let his body recover. He'll be doing some non contact in March and cheering the RB squad during full contact. He's a great example for all the others, very very humble
What's that one more time? Also how is Gildon suppose to play on a bum knee? That's the most confusingWJ was running 20 days after surgery.
