Interesting article that brings to light some allegations of [ Baylor accusations ] and sexual assault amongst ND players...

Sexual violations of all kinds happen on every campus, I know, and neither man will ever be found guilty in court; one of the victims is dead and the other, according to the Notre Dame student who drove her to the ER afterward, in February 2011, decided to keep her mouth shut at least in part because she’d seen what happened to the first woman. Neither player has ever even been named, and won’t be here, either, since neither was charged with a crime.

I wondered about possible bias on the reporter's part (before reading the column) when I saw the author's column section was called "She the People" (I've known a few women - "men bad, women good" types - that I could envision writing "She the People" columns, and rational thinking wasn't their strongest suit). But she seems to have done her homework in talking to the parents involved, looking at texts, etc...

Will be interesting to see if any rebuttals to the article appear.
