Was the time clock reviewable? The play wasn't whistled until after the clock hit 0.

Locking this down, because I already made the same point, did some research and was proven a jackass for even brining it up.

Fact is the Big XII rule is trumped by the NCAA which stats the clock is reviewable under these circumstances even if the play wasn't reviewed.

EDIT: I did not lock this down because I was wrong on my initial query in another thread, its ridiculous to have these posts pop up now that the facts are known and in the end it was the right call. We don't need to appear as whiners, Texas rightly had that second and the NCAA permitted the review. End of discussion.
