Reminded me of a story I heard about Ray Guy. While in college, he played a game at AGCS. Fans midway up the old upper deck recall a punt he kicked that flew above their seat height.
I saw James Gargus do that once!
A shame: On August 14, 2011, Guy filed for bankruptcy and was forced to put up his Super Bowl rings for auction. The auction of the rings brought in $96,216, slightly higher than the upper estimate of 90K.
A damn shame: Likely the best pure punter in NFL history can't get voted in the HOF.

but IMO the best punter in NFL history is Sammy Baugh averaged over 51 yards per kick in 1940 and lead the league in kicking more years than any other kicker
