You guys were the ones who "paused" the series, so we decided we'll just play Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and LSU instead!

Realistically though I'm not sure it makes sense for any P4 school to play two P4 OOC games with a 9-game conference schedule. Stanford already had Vanderbilt on the docket for 2027. A lot of ACC and SEC schools had scheduled multiple P4 OOC games before the move to a 9-game conference schedule was announced and are now cancelling some of those games.
Stop with the ND nonsense. That’s part of the ND/ACC schedule deal and not some my little pony scheduling work. That was decided for you

As for scheduling, it doesn't matter who will play at home as long as we are successful. The key now is to get into the playoffs. How you get there doesn't matter.

Well they voted us into the conference! Meanwhile, your 2027 OOC opponents are as follows:

Alcorn State
North Texas
Sam Houston

Start saving up now for 2027 renewals!
Voted you into the conference? Thank you for continuing to be a moron. A bunch of trust fund coke addicts bought your way into that pathetic conference. “Please take our trash program and we don’t want any revenues for ten years “. Clown show

You sound upset. I would be too if I were spending money on season tickets and the OOC home slate was
Alcorn State, North Texas, and Sam Houston.

Shows the difference in our programs and conferences. We used to be like you in a lesser conference and had to play up OOC.

Pretty easy solution: do not reup your season tickets. Go to the games you want. Enjoy what you can.

Welcome to the new reality of college football. It will only get worse after the Big 10 and SEC expand to 20 teams each and kick the rest of us to the curb. We'll still get to play Tech, Baylor, KU and SMU again after that so at least those games will be fun.
^^^This Exactly^^^ What we did several years back and it has been wonderful. Always get good seats, as well

You’re not smart enough to post anything that would upset me. As for the other part of your “comment “ since I live about 1500 miles from campus I’m not spending money on any tickets, season or otherwise

We do need some sort of scheduling agreement that says something like 9 conference games, 1 game against another power conference, one game against a G5, and another against an FCS

I think that's what most teams are trying to move towards.
