LOUDONVILLE >> It’s all coming full circle for the Siena baseball team.
 
After travelling nearly 11,000 miles and playing their first 34 games on the road to open the season, the Saints (26-31) are adding on to their frequent flier mileage totals, travelling another 1,600 miles to Fort Worth, Texas for the opening round of the NCAA College World Series, squaring off against No. 7 TCU (42-15) tonight. Sam Houston State and Dallas Baptist round out the rest of the regional group.
 
First pitch for tonight’s game is scheduled for 8 p.m. at Lupton Stadium and will be broadcast on ESPN3.
 
“The way we started the season, going all over the place, it’s just like that,” senior captain John Rooney said. “We’ve already been to a bunch of big-time environments, going to places like Ohio State, Central Florida, so we kind of know what it’s going to be like. We’re just really ready for it.” ...
