Everyone NEEDS to buy some tickets if you are able to, whether you are going or not!
SD Bowl people were definitely NOT HAPPY about our 1,500 tickets sold for last years Christmas Flower Bowl and they were not afraid to let everyone know it.
I am buying 4 tickets even though I am not going to be able to go.

That's what they get for being dbags. We could have gone to Shreveport (which wanted us) and they could have had SD State (who instead ended up in New Orleans, where they also sold next to nothing). Bet they would have sold more than 1500 tickets.

The deadline for seats based on Priority points is tomorrow. You can still buy tickets after that. They will then just go in the order when purchased.
As for the Poinsettia Bowl, they should have let us go to Shreveport. That was a stupid decision on their part.

There is an option to purchase project purple tickets on GOFROGS.com, good way for us to sell allotment. 11,000 ain't that many if every knucklehead on here donated two tickets.

Another website said the allotment the school is selling starts at section 10 to the endzone. This is per the bowl rep when he called for tickets. Section 10 starts at the 10 yard line.
This will be my last time to buy thru TCU if I get stuck with 10 yard line or less tickets. I wish I had saw that before placing my non-refundable order.

The 360 article said TCU student sections were like 11 and 12. I doubt seriously they are giving the best of the TCU allottment to the students. There was also a segment I saw somewhere today that TCU had $125 tickets which would be Loge between the goal lines.
The map on the MSU web site shows a 50/50 split of the lower bowl.
The bowl's website says the capacity for the BWW game is like 56,000 with the stadium full cpacity being over 71,000 so it sounds ilke they close off a sizeabale chunk of the stadium.
So we will see I guess. I bought the 6 max ahead of time as well.
And yes the TCU website has a Project Purple option. You can order tickets now despite the deadline tomorrow if you are not a Frog Club Member or Season ticket holder, they just can't tell you any pricing til they se what they have after priority.

Tickets look to be reasonably priced for a bowl game. I would expect TCU to sell most of its allotment considering the date, location and opponent. If not, we should expect to be visiting Houston or the heart of Dallas a lot if we do not win the conference.
