I mean not to derail the Trump et al. saga but:

Guy got destroyed by the media and is already "backtracking" his statement, what a coward. It's people like this that don't understand they really have no power, especially a property developer. I hope all of his projects get crushed with change orders, massive delays, and tons of labor issues. I bet he won't be walking around his construction projects any time soon. Accidents can always happen.

I say do it. Start with a living wage of $32/hr. for the help, including check out and bagger staff. No racist product lock-down devices or security cages. Let crisis counselors handle security. Use COC procurement specialists and show those competing Jewel-Osco, Trader Joe's and Costco buyers the what for. Should be a Chicago profit center for years to come.

certain it will work as well a the rta

Rumor has it he has some compromising material out there that is being used for blackmail. Let's say this footage shows him engaging in.... inappropriate activities

He is my state senator. would be toast if he were up in 2024 but he is not until 2026. Voters have short memories. He will run ads and mailers about how he needs to be sent back to Austin to "fight the liberal agenda" and will likely win the nomination again

Texas is not the reliable red state many think it is. Voters here have been gaslit by the Bush family and the professional Republican class for so long they can't see what is looming on the horizon
bio says Baylor BBA.

not a fan of paxton at all, think he is sleazy as can be, but wouldn't one think that an attorney, even with a tech undergrad and south texas college of law houston law degree know that at some point he would end up on the stand and have to answer that question
He and rolling man need to go! It’s all about losing votes so they back them even when they know the truth.

"Based on the missing plane’s location and trajectory, the search for the F-35 Lightning II jet was focused on Lake Moultrie and Lake Marion, said Senior Master Sgt. Heather Stanton at Joint Base Charleston. Both lakes are north of North Charleston."

It seems like a total electrical failure. If that was, in deed, the case (or regardless, for that matter), interesting why the pilot chose to (or did he?) to eject before engine flameout.

*Note that is is the Marine Corps stand down (below)

Internet conspiracy rumors are that it was hacked. But the official story is that it was flying in tandem with another aircraft, so I can see how the plane just going "missing" doesn't pass the smell test.

“No units are allowed to fly until they have a two-day discussion about safety measures and procedures, the commandant said in a service-wide email on Monday.”

How do you define a “two day” discussion? Are the safety measures and procedures really THAT complicated?

It is odd all around, but his wingman did what he was supposed to do (S&R) once the chute popped and land safely and by that time the "missing" plane was long gone (and a ghost if the transponder was clocked out).
