The Dominion Post: Frogs own 11-game win streak on Mountaineers

MORGANTOWN — WVU right fielder Darius Hill doesn’t have to say much about second-ranked TCU, which visits Monongalia County Ballpark this weekend for a three-game Big 12 Conference series.
“TCU is TCU,” said Hill, whose Mountaineers (19-12, 6-3 Big 12) battle the Horned Frogs in the nationally televised (FCS Atlantic) series opener, at 6:30 p.m. today. “What they’ve done in the past speaks for itself.”
TCU (27-5, 8-1) is one of only two programs nationally to have played in four of the last seven College World Series and the only one to make three consecutive trips to the sport’s showcase tournament, in Omaha, Neb.
