Here's another reason! Why leave TCU when recruiting is about to explode! Would he have as good of a chance in Arkie? :tongue: Sorry it took so long to post but was laughing too hard about the possibility of him thinking about it!

The Vanderbilt coach turned them down according to news sites. Not worried about who is on top of their list as it has nothing to do with who will accept the job.

Though I am 98% sure CGP won't listen to their pitch more than once, I will say that we should all use this as an opportunity to show up en masse to ACS next saturday. We need to make sure that our fans are not only present, but also loud and appreciative of our seniors (and coaches) on senior day.

Not even a consideration. They don't communicate with each other. They know that I am a big Frog fan. And, given the fact that year end reviews are coming up and Arkansas is not an easy place to find a decent paying job, I doubt they'd risk a coordinated effort to that effect. Just kidding (maybe). No...just heard from another one that some sports talk radio host (or guest) lobbed GP's name out there a while ago as the top choice with an announcement in ten days.

I didn't say that they spelled anything correctly. Once Walmart began carrying smart phones, they went text crazy. Actually, I chuckled at the theory of a Patterson v Petersen mix up. They seem to be a little hesitant to embrace another Boise product.

This is get so annoying! Last night Peterson accepted the job! After it was reported that the Vanderbilt HC told ark to kick rocks. Ark now on my list of most annoying fans bases. Quit posting on ark it's getting pathetic.

I know for a fact that Patterson really did think about going to Arky for about a week but he is staying. GP realized that he has had better opportunities and will have better ones in the future. I know that once the guy wins a NC then he will move on.

After the decision not to take the Arky job his said this "The only way I'll leave is if they (TCU) fires me". I was a bit concerned last week but its been confirmed through those close to him and the players also received confirmation from him last week.

Please understand that I am not in the least way worried. Not at all. Not one iota (although I don't really know what an iota is). First, things associated with football games don't "worry" me. Secondly, things that reside completely out of my control don't "worry" me...although I confess to being a little overboard with contingency planning. Finally, thanks for your concern....
